1 Small Onion, sliced

4 Small Potatoes, sliced

1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup

1/2 soup can of Water

1 c. Cheese, grated (optional)

Spray casserole dish with cooking spray. Cook potatoes until tender in boiling water for 5 minutes. Layer bottom of dish with 1/2 of the franks. Add all of the potatoes as the next layer. Layer with onions and remaining franks. Mix water and soup together and pour over layers. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Take out of oven and sprinkle with cheese and return to oven for another 6 - 8 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
