Western Dog
8 Zeigler Franks, boiled

6 slices Zeigler Bacon

1/4 c. Onion, chopped

1 c. Cheddar Cheese, shredded

1/2 c. Bar-B-Q Sauce

8 Hot Dog Buns

 

Place franks in buns. Spoon chopped onions on one side of franks and bacon on the other. Top with bar-b-q sauce and cheese.

Note: Western Dogs can be placed in the oven at 400 degrees until cheese melts.
