| Zeigler Hot Dog Quesadillas |
| 1 package Zeigler
Hot Dogs, any variety
2 c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese Salsa Sour Cream Vegetable Oil 16 Small Flour Tortillas |

Slice Zeigler hot dogs into 1/4" pieces. Spread 1 tablespoon salsa on a tortilla. Spread hot dog slices on top of salsa. Sprinkle enough shredded cheese to cover the hot dogs and top with another tortilla. Pour 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in preheated non-stick pan over medium heat. Place Zeigler quesadilla in pan and cook for two minutes on each side, or until brown. Remove from pan and let sit for 2 minutes. Repeat to make remaining 7 servings. Cut into wedges and serve with salsa and sour cream. Serves 8.
