Corn Dog Bites
1 package any Zeigler Franks, cut into 3/4 inch pieces

3 c. Vegetable Oil

1 package Hushpuppy mix

 

Prepare batter following instructions on hush puppy mix.  Heat oil in frying pan on high. Dip hot dog pieces into batter. Place into hot oil. Cook 2 -3 minutes or until lightly brown. Drain and allow to cool slightly before serving.
