Finest Pork Sausage, browned and drained
3 c. Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated 1/2 tsp. Dry Mustard 1/2 tsp. Paprika 1 tsp. Salt 3/4 c. Sour Cream 10 Eggs |

In a rectangle dish, spread half of cheese, covering bottom. Mix seasoning with sour cream. Pour sour cream mixture over cheese. Add sausage, spreading evenly over sour cream mixture. Break eggs into a large bowl. With a fork, pierce egg yolks making them run over top of sausage. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes.
