1 lb. Zeigler Finest Pork Sausage

3 c. Frozen Hash Browns, thawed

1/2 tsp. Salt

3 c. Cheddar Cheese, grated

12 Eggs, beaten

2 c. Milk

 

Cook sausage until it crumbles; drain. Place hash browns in greased 13x9" baking pan, sprinkle with salt. Layer sausage and cheese. Combine eggs and milk, stirring well. Pour over cheese. Bake for 45 - 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
