Zeigler Smoked
Sausage Kabobs

| 2 packages Zeigler
Smoked Sausage, cut into 1" pieces 1 Red Bell Pepper, cut into 1" pieces 1 Yellow Bell Pepper, cut into 1" pieces 1 bunch Green Onions, cut into 1" strips 1 Red Onion, cut into 1" pieces 2-3 medium Yellow Squash, cut into 1" pieces 2 Zucchini, cut into 1" pieces 1 1/4 c. Italian Dressing, divided 3/4 c. Orange Marmalade 1/4 c. Barbeque Sauce 1/8 tsp. Cajun Seasoning Wooden Kabob Skewers |

Soak skewers in water for 15 minutes. Place sausage and all veggies in a large bag and pour 3/4 cup Italian dressing in the bag. Marinate for at least one hour or overnight. Thread sausage and veggies onto 8 skewers. Mix 1/2 cup Italian Dressing, orange marmalade, barbeque sauce and Cajun seasoning in small bowl until marinade is well blended. Grill kabobs for 20 minutes, turning frequently. Brush with marinade on all sides and continue to grill for another five minutes or until veggies are crisp tender.
