| Spicy Sausage-Filled Tacos |

Finest Pork Sausage
6" Corn or Flour tortillas 1 1/2 T. Olive Oil 1 1/2 c. Onion, chopped 1 c. Green Pepper, chopped 2 tsp. Chili Powder 1 tsp. Ground Cumin 2 T. Ketchup Salt and Pepper to taste Iceberg Lettuce, shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated Sour Cream |
| Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wrap tortillas in foil. Brown and crumble sausage; drain and set aside. Heat olive oil in skillet and sauté onions for 5 minutes and add peppers; cook for another 3 minutes. Add sausage and mix thoroughly. Add chili powder and cumin; cook for 5 minutes. Mix in ketchup and season with salt and pepper. Cook 3 minutes stirring constantly. Heat tortillas in oven for 10 minutes. Serve warm tortillas, sausage filling, lettuce, cheese, and sour cream allowing diners to assemble tacos themselves.
