| 1 lb. Zeigler
Plantation, cut into 1/2" pieces
1 (16 oz.) package Fresh Peeled Baby Carrots 3 Large Potatoes, cut in 2" pieces 1 Large Onion, cut into 1/8" pieces 3 quarts Water 2 Beef Bouillon Cubes Salt and Pepper to taste |

Pour water into 5 quart Dutch oven. Add onions and carrots. Boil for 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add Plantation Sausage, potatoes, and bouillon cubes. Simmer about 25 - 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
