Finest Pork Sausage
1 c. Green Bell Pepper, chopped 1/4 c. Green Onions, chopped 3 c. Rice, cooked 3 T. Soy Sauce 1/4 c. Water |

Stir- fry sausage, bell pepper, and onion on high heat until vegetables are crisp-tender and sausage is done. Drain most of the grease. Reduce heat to medium-low and add remaining ingredients. Stir- fry until heated and reduce heat to low. You may need to add soy sauce as the rice sits to keep it moist.
