Finest Pork Sausage
3 c. Grits, cooked and hot 2 1/2 c. Cheddar Cheese, shredded 3 T. Margarine 3 Eggs, beaten 1 1/2 c. Milk 1/4 c. Picante Sauce Parsley (optional) |

Brown sausage; drain well. Spoon sausage into lightly greased 13x9x2" baking dish. Combine grits, cheese and margarine in bowl, stirring until cheese melts. Mix eggs and milk together in a bowl and stir into grit mixture. Add picante sauce. Pour mixture over sausage and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Garnish with parsley and serve.
