1/4 c. Green Bell Pepper, chopped 

1/4 c. Onion, chopped

1 (16 oz.) can Tomatoes, do not drain

3/4 c. Water

1 c. Macaroni,  uncooked

1/8 tsp. Italian Seasoning

1/2 tsp. Salt

1/8 tsp. Pepper

Dash of Chili Powder

1/2 c. Cheddar Cheese, shredded 

Brown sausage in skillet; pour off drippings. Reduce heat; add peppers, onions, tomatoes, water, macaroni and seasoning. Cover and simmer 25 minutes; uncover and simmer 10 minutes. Spoon into lightly greased 1 quart casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Place in oven at 325 degrees until cheese melts.
