Finest Pork Sausage
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 can Cream of Celery Soup 1 Medium Onion, chopped 1 Large Green Bell Pepper, chopped 1 Small can of Mushrooms, drained 1 Small box Velveeta Cheese, cut into triangles 6 Mini French Bread Rolls (or 1 large loaf) |

In a large skillet, brown sausage, onions, and green peppers; drain and set aside. Take a sharp knife and cut top off of each loaf of bread; set aside. Scoop out middle of loaf, leaving 1" shell. Discard excess bread pieces. Place each piece of bread on a piece of aluminum foil, large enough to completely wrap boat. Place skillet back on stove on low heat and add soups to the meat mixture. Add mushrooms and stir until it begins to bubble. Spoon mixture into boat, placing cheese on top of mixture. Replace bread lid. Wrap foil tightly around boat and place in preheated oven for 20 - 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve warm.
