| 1 lb. Zeigler
Plantation Smoked Sausage, sliced
2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans Chunky Italian Seasoned Tomatoes, undrained 1 (8 oz.) package Fresh Mushrooms, sliced 2 Cloves Garlic, minced Parmesan Cheese, grated 2 T. Olive Oil 2 (10 oz.) packages Frozen Collard Greens, thawed, drained and chopped 1 T. Italian Seasoning 1 lb. Rigatoni Noodles, cooked |
| Brown Zeigler Smoked Sausage in Dutch oven; drain on paper towels and set aside. Cook mushrooms and garlic in olive oil in Dutch oven over medium heat, stirring constantly until tender. Add sausage, collard greens, Italian seasoning, and tomatoes. Cook 10 minutes. Add pasta, and toss well. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
