Plantation, cut into 1/4" pieces
1 1/3 c. Zeigler Buffet Ham, diced 1 c. Rice, cooked 3/4 c. Celery, chopped 2 cloves Garlic, chopped 1 (14oz.) can Beef Broth, undiluted 1/2 tsp. Pepper 1/2 tsp. Ground Red Pepper 1 Med. Onion, sliced 2 T. Vegetable Oil |

Sauté onion and celery in a large skillet until tender crisp. Add garlic, sausage, and ham; cook 2 - 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except rice and bring to a boil; reduce heat and cook uncovered for 15 minutes. Stir in rice and cook until thoroughly heated.
