1 (10 oz.) can Refrigerated Pizza Crust Dough

6 slices Provolone Cheese

1/2 c. Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

1 jar Pizza Sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a large baking sheet. Use large spoon to spread sausage onto pizza dough to be approximately 1/4 inch thick. Layer with provolone cheese and sprinkle mozzarella cheese to within 1/2 inch from edges of the dough. Roll tightly from narrow end of the rectangle until it is a tube. Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown. Slice into 1 inch pieces. Serve with pizza sauce for dipping if desired.
