Pre-Game Pizza Dip

1 lb. Zeigler Finest Pork Sausage, browned and drained

1 (8 oz.) package  Nonfat Cream Cheese, softened

1/2 c. Nonfat Sour Cream

1/8 tsp. Garlic Powder

1/8 tsp. Ground Red Pepper

Vegetable Cooking Spray

8 oz. can Tomato Sauce

1/2 tsp. Oregano

1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder

1/4 tsp. Onion Salt

1/2 c. Artichoke Hearts, chopped 

1/4 c. Green Onions, sliced 

1/4 c. Sweet Red Pepper, chopped 

1/4 c. Ripe Olives, sliced

1 c. Fat-free Mozzarella Cheese, shredded 

 

In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, red pepper, and garlic powder; beat with mixer at low speed until smooth. Spread cream mixture in a 9" pie plate coated with cooking spray. Spread crumbled sausage on top of cream mixture. Combine tomato sauce and next three ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well. Pour tomato sauce mixture over sausage. Layer artichokes and remaining ingredients over tomato sauce, with cheese being the last layer. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve with tortilla chips or bread sticks.
