| Zeigler Mini-Calzones |
| 1 1/2 c. Zeigler
Plantation Sausage, thinly sliced
1 package Crescent Rolls, refrigerated 1/2 - 4.5 oz. jar Mushrooms, drained 2 c. Mozzarella Cheese, shredded 3 c. Spaghetti Sauce 1 Egg White, beaten |

Roll out each crescent roll on a floured surface. Place about 2 T. sausage, 3 T. cheese and 1 tsp. mushrooms on crescent roll. Fold dough over and press edges closed with a fork. Place on greased cookie sheet and brush lightly with egg white. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and place in Pyrex dish. Cover calzones with spaghetti sauce and remaining cheese and return to oven for 3 - 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Note: You may want to add onions or green bell peppers to your recipe. Depending on your taste, you may increase the amount of cheese you stuff into each calzone.
