Finest Pork Sausage
1 can Refried Beans 1 (16oz.) box Light Velveeta cheese, cubed 1 can Rotel Tomatoes 1 (16 oz.) carton Light Sour Cream 1 c. Cheese, grated 1 Medium Tomato, diced 1/2 c. Green Onions, chopped |

Brown sausage in skillet; drain. Add Rotel and Velveeta to skillet. Stir until cheese melts. Spread refried beans on large flat dish. Spoon sausage/cheese mixture over beans. In a medium mixing bowl, mix taco seasoning and sour cream; spread over sausage/cheese mixture. Top with salsa. Top with shredded cheese, green onions, and tomatoes. Chill 15 minutes and serve with tortilla chips.
