| Zeigler Italian Meatball Sauce |
| 1 lb. Zeigler
Italian Sausage, casing removed
1 c. Onion, finely chopped 1 Egg, slightly beaten 1 T. Ketchup 1/2 c. Italian Bread Crumbs Sauce: 1 lb. Zeigler Smoked Sausage, cut into 1/2" pieces 1 (32 oz.) jar Spaghetti Sauce 1 (15 oz.) cans Tomato Sauce 1 (12 oz.) can Tomato Paste 1 c. Green Bell Pepper, finely chopped 1 c. Onion, chopped |

Mix together first 5 ingredients and form into meatballs. Brown meatballs in skillet on medium-high heat; drain. In a Dutch oven, add smoked sausage and remaining ingredients, stir well. Cook over medium heat for 1 - 1 1/2 hours. Serve over spaghetti noodles.
