Quick and Easy Jambalaya
1 lb. Zeigler Plantation Sausage, cut into 1/2" pieces

1 box Jambalaya Rice mix

1 can Diced Tomatoes

2 1/2 c. Water

 

Cook Zeigler Plantation Sausage over medium heat in a large skillet.  Pour jambalaya rice mix, 2 1/2 cups of water and tomatoes into skillet. Simmer for 25—30 minutes or until done.
