Zeigler Chili

1 lb. Zeigler Finest Pork Sausage, Brown & Drain 1 (15 oz.) can Black Beans, rinsed and drained 1 (16 oz.) can Kidney Beans, do not drain 2 cups Frozen Shoepeg Corn 2 (10 oz.) can Rotel, do not drain 1 (8 oz.) can Tomato sauce 1 (4 oz.) can of diced Green Chiles 1 small onion, chopped 1 (1 ¼ oz.) package Taco Seasoning Mix 3 cups water Toppings: Tortilla Chips, Shredded Cheese, Shredded Lettuce, Chopped Tomatoes and Sour Cream, Cilantro for presentation |

Brown and drain Zeigler Pork Sausage and add the remaining ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to med-low; and simmer for 20 - 25 minutes. Serve with desired toppings. Makes 8 servings .
