1/2 lb.
Zeigler Plantation Sausage, cut into 1/4" pieces 1 1/2 c.
Water 2 Chicken
Breast Halves, skinned and cut into 1/4" pieces 1/2 lb.
Medium Fresh Shrimp 3/4 c.
Onion, chopped 1 Clove
Garlic, minced 1 T. Olive
Oil 1/2 c. Dry
White Wine 3/4 c.
Chicken Broth 1 tsp.
All-Purpose Flour 1 c.
Whipping Cream 1 1/4 T.
Cajun Seasoning 2 T.
Tomato Paste 1 1/4 tsp.
Cracked Pepper 1 Green
Bell Pepper, cut into thin strips 1 Sweet
Red Pepper, cut into thin strips 1 (16 oz.)
package Fettuccine, uncooked |

Boil shrimp for 3 minutes.
Drain, peel, and de-vein; set aside. Cook chicken, sausage, onion, and
garlic in olive oil on medium heat until lightly browned. Remove chicken
mixture from skillet and set aside. Add wine to skillet. Bring to boil
and simmer 3 - 5 minutes. Combine broth and flour, stirring until
smooth. Add chicken broth mixture, whipping cream, cajun seasoning,
tomato paste and cracked pepper to skillet. Bring to boil. Simmer 20
minutes. Add chicken, pepper strips and shrimp. Simmer until
peppers are crisp tender. Cook fettuccine according to package
directions, drain. Combine fettuccine and chicken mixture and toss.
