1 package Crescent Rolls

1 c. Cheddar Cheese, shredded

6 Eggs

2 T. Bell Pepper, chopped

2 T. Green Onions, chopped

2 T. Red Bell Pepper, chopped

Place sausage in skillet, brown and drain. On floured board, press out crescents until it makes a rectangle. Press all perforated lines until smooth. Spread grated cheese over rectangle. Spread sausage over cheese. Fold over and press short sides until it makes a long roll. While pressing sides, make the roll tight, keeping cheese and sausage in the roll. Bring sausage roll ends together to form a circle. Press gently to tighten and smooth the circle. Brush egg white on top and bake in 375 degree oven until lightly brown.

Scramble eggs, onions and bell peppers together and serve in center of breakfast ring.
