Barbeque Bratwurst

2 (1 lb.) pkg. Zeigler Smoked Bratwurst 1/2 c. Barbeque Sauce 1 T. Cracked Black Pepper 1 large Onion, sliced 1 large Green Pepper, sliced 10 slices Provolone Cheese 10 Hoagie Buns |

Combine barbeque sauce and black pepper in a small bowl. Place bratwurst on aluminum foil sheets. Evenly distribute onion, green peppers and barbeque sauce mixture over bratwurst. Fold foil to create a pouch. Grill for 10-12 minutes until thoroughly heated. Open pouch carefully and place links in buns and top with onions, peppers and a slice of Provolone cheese. Serves 10.
