| Barbequed Smoked Sausage |

Smoked Sausage, cut into 1" pieces
1 Medium Green Bell Pepper, chopped 1 Small Onion, chopped 1 can Chunk Pineapple 1 bottle Barbeque Sauce 1 c. Fresh Mushrooms, sliced |

Stir-fry sausage for 3 minutes on high heat. Add peppers and onions; stir-fry for 2 minutes. Drain some of the liquid out of the pineapple. Pour remaining pineapple and liquid into wok. Add mushrooms; stir-fry for 2 minutes. Pour in barbeque sauce, reduce heat and serve.
