| 6 slices Zeigler
Deli Slices Oven Roasted Turkey, cut into 1" pieces
6 slices Provolone Cheese 1/2 c. Carrots, cut into small pieces 1/2 c. Green Bell Peppers, chopped 1/2 Tomato, cut into wedges 3 pieces Pita Bread, cut in half 1/2 c. Broccoli, cut into small pieces 1/2 c. Cucumbers, sliced and cut in halves 1/2 c. Purple Onion, cut into 1" pieces 1/2 Tomato, sliced Marinade Marinade Recipe: 1/4 c. Sugar 1 Egg, slightly beaten 1/4 tsp. Salt 1/4 tsp. Onion, minced 1 tsp. Parmesan Cheese, grated 1/4 c. Vegetable Oil 1/4 c. White Wine Vinegar 1/4 tsp. Dry Mustard 1 dash Paprika |
| Pour marinade over combined vegetables, tomato wedges, and turkey in large bowl; toss. Stuff mixture into each pita and place in rectangular Pyrex dish. Top each pocket with cheese and a slice of tomato. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 - 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and pita is crisp.
