| 1 (12 oz.) package
Zeigler Cooked Ham
1 (12 oz.) package Zeigler Turkey Breast 8 slices Pepper Jack Cheese 16 slices White Bread 1 quart Cooking Oil 1 1/3 c. Water 2 Eggs 1 1/3 c. All-Purpose Flour 3 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder 1 tsp. Salt 1/4 tsp. Ground Black Pepper

Heat the oil in a fryer over medium heat. In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg and water. Combine the flour, baking powder, salt and pepper; whisk into the egg mixture until smooth. Trim crusts from bread and assemble sandwiches by placing one slice of turkey on one slice of bread, followed by one slice of pepper jack cheese, one slice of ham and another slice of bread. Cut sandwiches into quarters and secure with toothpicks. Dip each sandwich in the batter so that all sides are coated. Cook sandwiches in fryer 5 minute, or until golden brown and cheese has melted. Remove toothpicks before serving. Serve with honey mustard if desired.
