1 12 oz. package Zeigler Deli Slices Turkey Breast      

4 Jalapeno Cheddar Tortillas                                           

8 slices Pepper Jack Cheese                                             

1 Green Bell Pepper, chopped                                          

1 small Tomato, chopped 

Jalapenos, chopped

Shredded Lettuce

6 T. Ranch Dressing

3 T. Salsa                                    

Mix salsa and ranch dressing together.  Spread 2 tablespoons of sauce over each tortilla.  Place 4 slices Zeigler Turkey Breast in middle of each tortilla. Layer 2 slices of cheese and desired amounts of next 5 ingredients. Fold the bottom edge of tortilla toward the center and gently roll until tortilla is completely wrapped around the filling.  Cut in half and serve immediately.

Serves 4.

Hint: Regular tortillas may be used in place of Jalapeno Cheddar tortillas.  Bell pepper, tomato, jalapenos and lettuce are optional.
