Omelet in a Bag
2 slices Zeigler Deli Slices Cooked Ham, chopped

2 Eggs

1/4 c. shredded Cheddar Cheese

1 T. Green Onion, chopped (optional)

1 T. Green Bell Pepper, chopped (optional)

1 T. Tomato (optional)

 

Crack the eggs in a bowl and stir until well beaten. Pour the eggs into a large resealable freezer bag. Add ham, cheese, onion, pepper and tomato. Squeeze out air and seal the bag. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Place up to 4 bags at a time in the water. Cook for exactly 13 minutes. Open the bag and let the omelet roll out onto a plate. 

Hint: Recipe makes 1 omelet, but 4 may be cooked at one time. May also use Zeigler Bacon or Zeigler Deli Slices Turkey Breast instead of Zeigler Cooked Ham.
