| Zeigler Smoked Turkey Calzones |
| 1 Prepared Box Pie

1 Egg White, beaten Turkey-Mushroom Filling: 1 c. Zeigler Smoked Turkey Breast, chopped 1 c. Mushrooms, chopped 3/4 c. Reduced-fat Mozzarella Cheese, shredded 1/4 c. Onion, chopped 1/3 c. Pizza Sauce 2 T. Parmesan Cheese, grated |

Mix all filling ingredients together in a medium bowl. Place pie shells on floured board. Cut 3 circles out of each pie shell (You can use a saucer to shape). Place 1/3 cup filling on one half of each circle and fold over. Press edge with a fork to seal. Place on a cookie sheet; brush with egg white and cut slit in top to vent steam. Bake 25 - 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serving Suggestion: Calzones may be served with marinara sauce or any type of spaghetti sauce poured over the top.
