|Pineapple-Mandarin Orange Glaze|
|3 c. Buffet or
Finest Baked Ham, cubed
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can Crushed Pineapple, drained
1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin Oranges, drained and mashed
3/4 c. Brown Sugar, firmly packed
3 T. Prepared Mustard
Spray entire wok with cooking spray. Stir-fry ham on high heat for 3 minutes. Reduce heat. Add remaining ingredients and stir until thoroughly heated. Simmer and serve.
