9" Pie Shell

1 c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1/4 c. Green Pepper, chopped

2 T. Pimento, chopped

1 tsp. Minced Onion

5 Eggs, beaten

1 c. Half & Half

1/2 tsp. Salt

1/4 tsp. White Pepper

Prick bottom and sides of pie shell with a fork. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle ham, cheese, green pepper, pimento and minced onion into prepared pie shell. Combine remaining ingredients, beating well. Pour into prepared shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes or until set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
