Buffet Ham, finely chopped
6 Large Hard-Boiled Eggs 2 T. Mayonnaise 1 tsp. Prepared Mustard 1 tsp. Lemon Juice 1/4 tsp. Dried Dill Weed 1/2 tsp. Caraway Seeds 1/8 tsp. Salt 1/8 tsp. Pepper Paprika |

Slice eggs in half, lengthwise and carefully remove yolks. In a bowl, cream yolks; add mayonnaise and next 3 ingredients, stirring until smooth. Stir in ham, dill weed, caraway seeds, and salt. Spoon mixture into egg whites; garnish each egg with a sprinkle of paprika if desired.
