24 slices Zeigler Bacon
1 (8 oz.) package Cream Cheese with Chives & Onions
1/2 c. Cheddar Cheese, finely shredded
1/4 c. Toasted Almonds, sliced
3 T. Orange Marmalade
48 rectangular shaped Buttery Crackers
Combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, almonds and marmalade in a small bowl. Mix well. Cover mixture and chill thoroughly. Cook bacon until lightly browned; drain. Spread 1 T. cheese mixture on each of 24 crackers. Top each with another cracker. Wrap slice of bacon around each cracker stack, overlapping bacon ends on bottom. Place, seam side down, on un-greased baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until bacon is crisp. Serve immediately.
