| Bacon & Ranch Potatoes |

1 (12 oz.) package Zeigler Premium Sliced Bacon, cooked and crumbled 2 pounds medium Red Potatoes, cut into quarter size pieces 6 T. Butter, cubed 1 tsp. Salt 1 tsp. Black Pepper 1 c. Ranch Dressing 2 c. Colby-Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded 3/4 c. Bread Crumbs |

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Place the potatoes in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish and season with salt and pepper. Evenly distribute the butter over the potatoes. Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Remove from oven and mix in the Ranch dressing and 1 cup of the cheese. Mix together remaining 1 cup of cheese and bread crumbs and pour over top. Sprinkle with bacon crumbles and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
