| Zeigler Bacon & Cheese Grits |
| 1 (12 oz.) package
Zeigler
Bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 c. Water 1/2 tsp. Salt 1 c. Quick Grits 2 c. Cheddar Cheese, shredded 1/2 c. Margarine 1/2 c. Milk 2 Eggs, beaten |

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bring water and salt to a boil. Stir in grits. Cook grits according to package directions. Remove from heat; add cheese and butter, stirring until melted. Add milk and eggs to grits and stir well. Pour grits into lightly greased 3 quart casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes and remove from oven. Sprinkle bacon across top of grits and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
