|Zeigler Bacon Cheese Ball|
1 (16 oz.) package Zeigler Bacon, cooked
8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
1 c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese, at room temperature
1 T. Green Onions, chopped
1/2 tsp. Dried Dill Weed
1 T. Diced Jalapenos (optional)
In a large bowl, crumble 6 slices Zeigler Bacon and mix in cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, dill weed and jalapenos (if desired) until well blended. Form mixture into a ball. Spread 8 slices crumbled Zeigler Bacon on a cutting board and roll cheese ball in the bacon to cover. Serve with crackers.
