| Stir-Fry Cabbage |
| 1 (12 oz.) package
Zeigler Bacon
2 Medium Carrots, grated 1 Large Purple Onion, ringed 1 Small Head of Cabbage, shredded Salt and Pepper to taste |

Cook bacon and set aside. Put 2 - 3 T. bacon drippings in skillet. Add carrots and onions to drippings and cook on medium heat 2 - 3 minutes. Add cabbage and cook for an additional 5 - 6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook until cabbage is tender crisp, then crumble bacon and add to mixture. Serve hot.
