1 (12 oz.) package Zeigler Bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 (11 oz.) roll Refrigerator Bread Sticks

1 (16 oz.) Cheddar Cheese, grated

1 Egg White

Divide each roll into 3 strips. On a lightly floured board, roll out each strip into 1 1/2 - 2" wide strips. Sprinkle with 2 T. bacon and 2 T. cheese. Gently take a strip and twist on each end with both hands until it looks like a spiral rod. Brush across sticks with egg white. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 12 - 15 minutes or until brown.
