Zeigler’s Grilled Cheese & Bacon Sandwich

3 large eggs, slightly beaten 1/8 cup milk 2 tablespoons butter 8 slices of Texas Toast 12 slices of White American Cheese 1 12oz. package of Zeigler Premium Bacon

In skillet, cook Zeigler Premium Bacon until crisp, set aside. In a small dish combine eggs and milk, beat well. Pour mixture into shallow flat dish. Melt butter and add 1 to 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in large skillet over medium heat. Arrange 4 slices of bread with the following: 3 slices of cheese and 3 – 4 slices of bacon. Dip each slice of bread into egg mixture, place into skillet with egg side down. Dip the remaining four slices of bread into egg mixture, with egg side up place on top of bacon and cheese to complete sandwich. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side turning sandwich until golden brown and cheese is melted. 4 Servings
